  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient containerized application architectures to meet business and technical requirements.
  • Define and standardize infrastructure patterns for container workloads using technologies such as Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE), Docker, and container registries.
  • Provide architectural leadership and guidance for infrastructure, security, networking, and application domains.
  • Lead adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform to automate and standardize deployments.
  • Integrate container solutions with CI/CD pipelines for automated workload deployment.
  • Establish and maintain networking patterns for containerized environments, including service discovery, load balancing, and routing.
  • Collaborate with development and engineering teams to facilitate application containerization and adoption of microservices principles.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on container orchestration and deployment best practices.
  • Conduct architecture reviews, performance tuning, and cost optimization assessments.
  • Develop and enforce governance, security, and operations plans for the container platform.
  • Implement comprehensive monitoring and logging strategies for containerized applications to ensure observability and effective troubleshooting.
  • Document architectural decisions, reference architectures, and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and team training on container best practices.

Your Role

  • Containerization: Deep expertise with Docker and other container runtimes.
  • Orchestration: Expert-level knowledge of OpenShift (mandatory), with experience in Kubernetes.
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Proficient with Terraform, Ansible, or similar automation tools.
  • CI/CD: Extensive experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI, or ArgoCD.
  • Cloud Platforms: Strong experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP) and related container services.
