Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager Civil located in Mahesana. The Manager Civil will oversee civil engineering projects, including the management, planning, and execution of infrastructure and stormwater management initiatives. Responsibilities include project management, supervising inspections, leading a team, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results aligned with organizational goals. The candidate will work closely with various stakeholders and ensure compliance with regulations and technical standards.

Qualifications

  • Solid understanding and experience in Project Management and coordinating complex civil engineering.
  • Competence in Stormwater Management and Infrastructure development practices.
  • Strong Team Leadership skills and ability to effectively manage and mentor teams.
  • Proficiency in conducting site inspections and ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards
  • Relevant certifications or licensure in civil engineering is desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
