Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admission Counsellor based in Mathura. The Admission Counsellor will engage with prospective students, provide guidance on various programs, and assist them in selecting the best career path. Responsibilities include addressing inquiries, conducting consultations, and supporting the admissions and enrolment process. The role involves collaboration with teams to ensure students are informed and confident about their choices, contributing to organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
  • Experience in Customer Service and Sales, particularly in the education sector
  • A deep understanding of student needs and the ability to recommend suitable educational programs
  • Ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships with students and their families
  • Prior experience in education counseling or admissions is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
