We are seeking a highly organized, strategic, and proactive Senior Administrative Manager to oversee our companys administrative, financial, and operational support functions. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, drive efficiency across departments, and contribute to long-term business planning and policy implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative & Operations Management:

  • Oversee and manage daily administrative functions across all departments.
  • Ensure efficient coordination between HR, Finance, Procurement, and Operations teams.
  • Supervise facility management, vendor coordination, and logistics arrangements.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and government regulations.
  • Optimize operational workflows and implement process improvements.

Financial & Budgetary Support:

  • Assist in financial planning, forecasting, and budget control.
  • Support finance teams in vendor payments, procurement approvals, and expense management.
  • Review financial statements, purchase orders, and departmental budgets for accuracy.
  • Monitor cost efficiency and recommend cost-saving initiatives.

People & Performance Management:

  • Lead and mentor administrative staff to ensure peak performance and professional growth.
  • Develop and implement staff training, evaluation, and improvement programs.
  • Ensure smooth communication and collaboration between teams.

Policy & Strategic Planning:

  • Draft, update, and enforce administrative policies and procedures.
  • Support senior management in business strategy formulation and implementation.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and MIS for management review.Role & responsibilities
