Senior Quantity Surveyor

We have an urgent requirement for the position of Quantity Surveyor (QS) Engineer – Civil & MEP at our Attapur, Hyderabad project. Please arrange suitable candidates immediately for interviews.

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (QS) Engineer – Civil & MEP

Location: Attapur, Hyderabad

Experience Required: 5–8 Years

Industry: Real Estate / Construction (Builder)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review BOQs and budgets for civil, finishing, and complete MEP works.
• Carry out quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and reconciliation of materials and labor.
• Monitor project budgets, control costs, and highlight variances.
• Verify and certify contractor/vendor bills and claims as per executed works.
• Coordinate with project/site teams, contractors, and vendors for accurate billing.
• Prepare tender documents, scope of works, and assist in vendor finalization.
• Track variations, prepare MIS reports, and update management on cost status.
• Support procurement team in technical and cost evaluation for civil & MEP packages.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and statutory requirements.

Candidate Profile:

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred) with strong QS background.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience with reputed builders/developers (residential/commercial projects).
• Strong expertise in both Civil and MEP works.
• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
• Good analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to independently manage QS responsibilities at project site.

Pay: ₹600, ₹800,000.00 per year
