Business Analyst – Data Product

About the Role:

We're looking for a curious and proactive Business Analyst to join our data product team. You'll play a key role in crafting how data is delivered and used across the organization by turning business needs into cloud-based solutions that are simple, scalable, and impactful.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with teams across product, engineering, and operations to capture requirements and define data product features.

• Translate business goals into clear, user-friendly documentation, workflows, and user stories.

• Focus on building extensive documentation for the team.

• Support the development and rollout of data products on platforms like Azure, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric.

• Advocate for data accuracy, governance, and easy-to-understand documentation.

• Facilitate workshops and discussions to align teams around priorities and delivery plans.

• Help plan and implement user testing to ensure solutions meet real-world needs.

• Build visuals and guides that help both technical and non-technical users understand how things work.

What You Bring:

• 8+ years of experience as a business analyst or similar role in data or cloud-focused projects.

• Knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence, SQL, Azure Data Factory, or similar platforms.

• Good communication skills and a collaborative working style.

• Experience working in agile environments and chipping in to fast paced teams.

• A demeanor passionate about users, outcomes, and continuous improvement.
