Role:
He/ she would lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of scalable Python-based applications.
Architect and implement solutions using MongoDB, Redis, FAST API, and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate React-based frontends and backend services.
Work with data platforms including Impala for high-performance querying and Autosys for job scheduling.
Ensure code quality, performance, and security standards across all development efforts.
Mentor and manage a team of 10–15 developers, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
Drive agile development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
Liaise with stakeholders from banking operations, risk, and compliance to align technical solutions with business needs.
AsK:
15+yrs of total and 10+ years of hands-on experience with last 5-6yrs into advanced Python development and design patterns.
Strong experience in MongoDB, Redis, FAST API, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
Solid understanding of React Framework and frontend-backend integration.
Familiarity with Impala, Autosys, and distributed systems.
Proven leadership in managing mid-sized engineering teams (10–15 members).
Prior experience in the banking or financial services domain is mandatory.
