Job Description:
We're seeking motivated Accountants to join our growing accounts, administration, and compliance team
In this dynamic role, you'll play a key role in ensuring our diverse company structures (private limited companies, LLPs, and charitable trusts) comply with local regulations. You'll gain valuable experience working across various entities, making this a fantastic learning and development opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Accurate Payroll Processing:
· Gather monthly attendance and salary information for external payroll providers.
· Review and verify payroll data for accuracy and tax compliance.
· Analyze employee and consultant deductions (TDS, rent allowance, etc.).
· Resolve payroll discrepancies and address employee/consultant concerns.
· Stay updated on changes in payroll tax regulations.
Meticulous Bookkeeping:
· Review and manage bank transactions within our online accounting system.
· Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts on a regular basis.
· Generate income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
· Prepare insightful financial reports for management review.
Efficient Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR) Management:
· Process vendor invoices after accounting for GST and TDS.
· Utilize Zoho to generate purchase orders.
· Manage invoice processing by entering scanned copies and supporting documents into our cloud-based system.
· Analyze customer payments and identify overdue accounts.
· Proactively follow up on outstanding receivables.
Ensuring Tax Compliance:
· File monthly and annual GST returns for various companies.
· Review income tax returns prepared by external accountants.
· Maintain awareness of evolving tax laws and regulations.
· Collaborate with external tax advisors.
· Submit quarterly and annual FCRA reports.
Streamlined Audit Support:
· Facilitate external audits by providing necessary documentation.
· Address audit findings and implement corrective actions.
· Maintain robust internal controls to ensure financial accuracy.
Cost-Effective Expense Management:
· Monitor and control expenses to adhere to budgetary constraints.
· Review and approve employee expense reports.
· Identify cost-saving opportunities.
Financial Analysis for Strategic Decisions:
· Conduct financial analyses to support strategic business decisions.
· Provide insights into financial performance trends.
· Assist in evaluating the financial implications of business initiatives.
Effective Communication & Collaboration:
· Collaborate with other departments to obtain essential financial information.
· Clearly communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
· Participate in cross-functional teams focused on process improvement.

Candidate Profile:
· Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in commerce or accounting; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a master's degree.
· Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles and local regulations (e.g., GST, TDS, Income Tax, FCRA).
· Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address financial issues.
· Accuracy & Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to ensure accuracy in all financial tasks.
· Communication & Collaboration: Effective communication skills to explain financial data to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments.
· Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Zoho preferred). Experience with Tally accounting software is a plus.
Experience: 2- 3 years
Compensation: 4 LPA to 7 LPA
Job location: A3, Sector 145, Noida UP Next to Aqua Metro line)
We prefer local candidates that are based in Noida or Greater Noida. Commuting from Delhi or Gurgaon is not practical in this role.
