Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata for a Service Executive. The Service Executive will be responsible for maintaining and servicing coffee vending machines, ensuring high-quality customer service, managing customer relationships, and handling technical issues. Day-to-day tasks include visiting client locations, performing maintenance checks, responding to service calls, and ensuring operational efficiency of the machines. The Service Executive will also work closely with the service team to coordinate activities and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
  • Experience in Customer Service with a focus on client satisfaction
  • Team Management and Organization Skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and technical aptitude
  • Ability to work independently on-site at Raipur, Chhattishgarh
  • Previous experience in a similar role or industry is a plus
  • B.Tech/B.E in electrical /mechanical/electronics ECE only allowed
