Experience Required

  • 6+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting processes
  • Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting
  • Hands-on experience with Blackline for Balance Sheet Reconciliation
  • Proficient in Bank, Intercompany, and GRIR Reconciliation
  • Expertise in Journal Entry (JE) preparation, including accruals and provisions during month-end
  • Experience in Record to Report (R2R) activities for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
  • Skilled in preparing monthly SLA reports and performance review decks for internal and client calls
  • Experience in managing Group Reporting activity
  • Ability to manage SLAs and drive team performance to meet or exceed targets
  • Proven ability to develop and review processes and controls for the R2R function
  • Capable of handling and escalating queries appropriately
  • Experience in process documentation, process flow mapping, and quality documentation
  • Willingness to support cross-functional needs beyond defined role boundaries
  • Controls and manages internal reporting timetables for month end close processes.

Job Qualification

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Finance/Commerce
  • MBA or Post Graduate degree in Finance/Accounting preferred
  • Knowledge of IFRS preferred

Must Have Skills

  • Strong domain knowledge in Record to Report (R2R).
  • Proficiency in SAP ERP

Good to have skills.

  • Blackline Modules (Recon, Smart Close and Journal Entry)
  • Power BI Reporting
  • Knowledge of reporting tool
