Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our school uniform store. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in retail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage store staff and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently.

Handle billing, inventory, and daily sales reports (DSR).

Supervise and motivate store staff.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Maintain proper store display and cleanliness.

Coordinate with the Head Office for stock and sales updates.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in retail (experience in school uniform stores preferred).

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Knowledge of billing and DSR preparation.

Must be punctual and disciplined.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
