About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
Data Engineer
to join our growing data team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with
GCP (Google Cloud Platform)
, particularly
BigQuery
and
Looker Studio
, and will play a key role in building and managing data pipelines, dashboards, and integrations across various platforms including
GA4
,
Salesforce
, and Excel-based workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable and efficient
    data pipelines
    using
    Python
    and GCP services (primarily
    BigQuery
    ).
  • Develop and manage
    automated workflows
    for manual and Excel-based data processes.
  • Create interactive and insightful
    dashboards using Looker Studio
    , integrating data from multiple sources.
  • Collaborate with analytics and business teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Integrate data from platforms like
    Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
    and
    Salesforce
    (specifically from Salesforce databases) into unified data models.
  • Ensure data integrity, quality, and governance across various data sources.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to continuously improve and optimize reporting and analytical capabilities.
  • Maintain documentation for data pipelines, schemas, and workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 0-3 years
    of experience in a data engineering or similar role.
  • Proven experience with
    GCP
    (BigQuery, Cloud Functions, etc.);
    AWS
    knowledge is a plus.
  • Proficiency in
    Python
    for data manipulation and pipeline development.
  • Strong experience with
    Looker Studio
    for dashboard creation and data visualization.
  • Solid understanding of
    GA4
    data and integration methods.
  • Experience working with
    Salesforce databases
    and data extraction.
  • Comfortable with
    automating Excel-based workflows
    (using Python, Sheets API, or similar tools).
  • Strong SQL skills and experience in data modeling.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with orchestration tools like
    Airflow
    or
    Cloud Composer
    .
  • Familiarity with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Understanding of ETL/ELT best practices and data warehousing concepts.
  • Knowledge of data privacy, security, and compliance standards.
