Role Overview
We are hiring a Principal to lead and scale our Forensic, Risk & Integrity Services practice across India. This is a P&L-owning, leadership role focused on business growth, client relationships, practice development, and complex forensic engagements. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in fraud investigation, due diligence, and compliance consulting, with a strong entrepreneurial drive.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead forensic practice as an independent business unit with full P&L ownership
- Drive business development, client acquisition, and proposal delivery
- Advise CXOs on fraud risk, governance, and regulatory compliance
- Oversee forensic engagements: investigations, due diligence, brand protection, anti-corruption, etc.
- Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team across India
- Liaise with regulators and law enforcement agencies
Candidate Profile
Qualifications: CA preferred; MBA / M.Com from a reputed institute
CFE is a plus
Experience:
15+ years in forensic investigations, risk consulting, or compliance
5+ years in leadership with P&L ownership and consulting experience
Skills & Traits:
Strong business development and stakeholder management
Analytical and report-writing skills
Proficient in forensic tools (e.g., Intella, EnCase)
Entrepreneurial, ethical, collaborative, and result-focused
