Job Title: Accounts Cum Inventory Executive

Location: Ambernath – Additional MIDC

Department: Warehouse / Logistics (Based on Interview)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Cum Inventory Executive to handle both accounting and inventory operations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, sound accounting knowledge, and hands-on experience in stock control and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records, including daily transactions, invoices, and accounts payable/receivable.
• Reconcile ledgers and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
• Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities.

Inventory Management:

• Oversee inventory tracking to ensure accurate stock levels and timely updates.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and audits.
• Prepare periodic inventory valuation and stock status reports.
• Record all inventory movements and transactions accurately.

Record Keeping & Documentation:

• Maintain proper filing of invoices, stock records, and other accounting-related documents.
• Ensure all records are easily retrievable for audits and future reference.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in both accounting and inventory management.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, ERP systems, etc.).
• Strong understanding of inventory control principles.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams and management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
