We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role ofAssociate Director, Management Specialist 

In this role, you will:    


•    Business Management role where the person would be my co chief of staff handling the people agenda

•    Has some experience in project management to help with tracking and execution

•    PMO experience

•    Support and mentor team members

•    Experience on Change Management

•    Proven track record in basis project management and governance.

•    Exceptional communication skills

•    Good at content creation eg newsletters , success stories

•    Proven track record in Technology as well business stakeholder management.

•    Good to have : Use / maintain / build dashboards to uplift visibility on service performance.

•    Curiosity about finding novel ways to complete the tasks at hand

•    Strong adherence to timelines

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements


•    Exposure to HSBC Governance processes and tools

•    Exposure to Agile methodology
