We are looking for a high-impact Manager / Senior Manager Early Life Intervention (ELI) to lead a mission-critical function within our HR team, focused on enhancing the experience, engagement, and retention of new employees during their first 90 days. This role is pivotal to shaping the employee journey, driving cultural alignment, and enabling performance from Day 1 in a fast-paced BPO environment.
As the ELI Lead, you will design and execute strategic interventions, own early lifecycle management, and partner cross-functionally to drive engagement, compliance, and business outcomes.
Own the 0-90 Day Employee Lifecycle:
Drive seamless induction, onboarding, and early employee experience across functions and geographies, with a strong focus on retention management and employee satisfaction during the initial tenure.
Engagement:
Design and execute targeted interventions and an effective attrition strategy to maintain early attrition at or below 10%, ensuring a stable and engaged workforce from day one.
Policy & Compliance:
Ensure 100% compliance with organizational policies, processes, and the Code of Conduct, while aligning with best practices in retention management and early employee engagement.
Learning & Development:
Partner with the Learning and Development (L&D) team to facilitate comprehensive onboarding training plans and early performance support, contributing to faster productivity and role readiness.
Brand Advocacy:
Support initiatives aimed at enhancing internal employer branding and driving positive brand perception during early tenure, reinforcing long-term commitment and retention.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with Operations, Recruitment, L&D, and other HR CoEs to ensure a cohesive and consistent new hire experience that supports retention management goals.
Data-Driven Analytics:
Leverage Microsoft Office tools for data interpretation, trend analysis, and report generation to inform strategic decisions and action planning related to onboarding effectiveness and early attrition.
Stakeholder Management:
Act as the central point of contact for business leaders, ensuring noiseless delivery of people initiatives and alignment with the broader learning and development and attrition strategy.
Who Were Looking For
- Education: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (Preferably from Top Tier College) .
- Experience: 5-9 years of HR experience, preferably in a consulting OR top Tier Organisation.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading teams or managing large-scale projects with measurable business impact.
- Agility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and matrixed environment with shifting priorities.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in multiple shifts depending on business requirements.
