Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled
Senior MERN Stack Engineer
with over 8 years of experience in designing and developing scalable web applications using
MongoDB, , , and
. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in both front-end and back-end development and a passion for delivering high-quality, performant, and secure software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, , React, ).
  • Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using React and modern UI libraries.
  • Develop and optimize server-side APIs and microservices using and
  • Design efficient MongoDB schemas, perform query optimization, and manage database performance.
  • Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms using JWT and session management.
  • Write clean, modular, and maintainable code following best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote technical excellence within the team.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver robust solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance across all layers.
  • Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and external services as needed.
  • Stay up to date with emerging web technologies and continuously improve development workflows.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in MERN stack development.
  • Strong proficiency in , , , and MongoDB.
  • In-depth understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end build tools.
  • Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs (GraphQL experience is a plus).
  • Proficiency with Git and version control best practices.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Solid understanding of web security principles, authentication, and authorization.
