Performance Marketing Analyst D2C Food Brand

About the Company:

Pro-To-Grow is a fast-growing D2C baby food & nutrition brand dedicated to providing safe, healthy, and science-backed nutrition solutions for children.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Analyst to drive customer acquisition and growth by planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across Google, Meta, and other channels. The role requires hands-on experience in managing D2C food brand campaigns with strong analytical and strategic skills.

Location- Guwahati (Remote/WFH also considered)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute & optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Affiliate).
  • Track & analyze key performance metrics CAC, ROAS, CPL, CVR, LTV.
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences & landing pages.
  • Research parent-focused consumer insights & competitor trends.
  • Collaborate with content, design & product teams for high-performing campaigns.
  • Build dashboards & ensure compliance with baby food/nutrition ad guidelines.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing / Business / Statistics or related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in D2C performance marketing (FMCG, baby care, nutrition preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads & Analytics tools.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Passion for working in the baby food & nutrition space with focus on trust & compliance.

Key KPIs:

  • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
  • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
  • Conversion Rate (CVR)
  • Revenue growth from digital campaigns

Salary: Up to 6 LPA (Based on experience & fit)
