We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our FMCG sales operations. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing distributor/retailer networks, driving revenue growth, and ensuring strong market penetration across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand distribution reach.
  • Plan product launches, promotions, and trade marketing activities.
  • Team & Channel Management
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales executives/representatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and modern trade partners.
  • Monitor and improve secondary & tertiary sales performance.
  • Business Development
  • Negotiate with channel partners for better visibility and shelf space.
  • Explore institutional, B2B, and e-commerce opportunities.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies.
  • Market Insights & Reporting
  • Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
  • Prepare and present MIS reports, sales forecasts, and performance reviews.
  • Suggest marketing inputs to strengthen brand presence.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
