Role Overview: As a Lead MERN Stack Developer, you will be responsible for spearheading our web development initiatives, leading a team of developers, and ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality products. Your expertise in MERN (MongoDB, , , ) stack development will be crucial in driving innovation and scalability.
Responsibilities: - Lead a team of MERN Stack Developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support in project execution. - Architect and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using the MERN stack. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Conduct code reviews, ensuring code quality, best practices, and performance standards. - Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the development team by implementing the latest technologies and best practices. - Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Troubleshoot and debug complex issues to ensure the smooth functioning of applications. - Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to constantly improve development processes. Requirements: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field years of professional experience in MERN stack development. - Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, , , and MongoDB. - Experience with HTML, CSS, RESTful APIs, and related web technologies. - In-depth understanding of software development methodologies, best practices, and design patterns. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and effectively manage multiple projects.
