Marketing Manager – RealityBox

Location: East of Kailash, New Delhi (On-site)

Full-Time | Salary: ₹6–7 LPA | Experience: 2–3 years

RealityBox is a global creative video production company specializing in cinematic travel films, immersive documentaries, and high-impact brand storytelling. Our team of filmmakers and cinematographers blends creativity with international experience, crafting powerful narratives that connect with audiences worldwide. From showcasing iconic destinations to producing campaigns for global brands, we deliver world-class visuals and innovative concepts that inspire, influence, and leave a lasting impact.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Build and execute
    marketing strategies
    to grow RealityBox's visibility with tourism boards, global brands, and agencies
  • Manage
    end-to-end digital marketing
    including social media campaigns, paid ads, SEO, email marketing, and performance analytics
  • Plan and run
    LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube campaigns
    to drive engagement and leads
  • Create and manage
    pitch decks, case studies, newsletters, blogs, reels, and marketing materials
  • Identify and approach potential clients
    (tourism boards, airlines, luxury hospitality, F&B, lifestyle brands)
  • Track and analyze
    campaign performance & KPIs
    across both organic and paid digital channels
  • Collaborate with the
    creative and production team
    to ensure brand consistency

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of proven experience
    in marketing, digital marketing, or brand strategy
  • Mandatory:
    Prior work experience in a
    marketing/advertising/creative agency
  • Hands-on expertise in social media management, paid ads, SEO, email campaigns, and analytics tools
  • Strong storytelling & copywriting skills
    — ability to craft content that engages and converts
  • Ability to
    nurture client relationships
    and identify new business opportunities
  • Creative mindset with
    fresh ideas
    to position RealityBox as a premium storytelling partner
  • Bonus: Experience working with
    travel, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
