Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Intern, located in Bengaluru. The Sales and Marketing Intern will engage in day-to-day tasks including conducting market research, assisting in developing and implementing sales strategies, interacting with existing and potential customers, providing customer service, and participating in sales training sessions. The intern will also support sales management activities and collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management
  • Experience or interest in Training and supporting sales initiatives
  • Ability to work effectively on-site and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus

Stipend Structure:

Probation: Duration: 3 months

Fixed pay: ₹ 15, ,000 /month

Incentive pay: ₹ 10, ,000 /month

Annual CTC: ₹ 6,00,000 - 7,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

  1. Fixed pay: ₹ 3,60,000 - 4,00,000 /year
