Shift : Rotational (24X7), Shift timings are expected to be as follows and may change based on business needs.



•6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

•9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

•2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

•6:00 PM – 2:30 AM

•10:30 PM – 7:00 AM

Job Summary

We are recruiting for a Senior Analyst to join our Business Support Group, serving a vital role in providing excellent customer service and document processing support to KPMG US.

This is a dynamic and high-energy position responsible for providing document processing services to Administrative Services - Document Processing function at KPMG US. Document Processing services include, but are not limited to, formatting and editing of external client deliverables, including financial reports and letters, and internal client projects to include data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities



•Develop a thorough understanding and working knowledge of Administrative Services & Document Processing services, solutions, processes, and key performance indicators to successfully meet contractual service levels.

•Provide high-quality document processing support on internal and external client deliverables and projects.

•Perform formatting and editing on complex external client reports concisely with meticulous attention to detail.

•Perform quality reviews on own work for accuracy and high-quality standards.

•Deliver efficient, accurate, and timely support of assigned tasks on internal client projects and external client deliverables, ensuring projects are completed and closed within the agreed turnaround time.

•Assist the work allocator/coordinator to accurately ascertain project complexity and production time.

•Troubleshoot common issues providing appropriate solutions and alternatives; escalate higher-level concerns to team leader or above.

•Actively offer insights to improve processes and ensure the Administrative Services - Document Processing support guidance is clear and up to date to ensure high-quality support.

•Provide guidance and training to new team members and contractors on best practices and software tools.

•Offer insights during team meetings to enhance performance and client experience through process excellence and innovation.

•Proactively share observations to support internal client insights to enhance innovation and service delivery.

•Collaborate with the team to improve performance and enhance the client experience through process excellence and innovation.

•Assists on special projects, as needed.

Qualifications

Essential skills

Technical and functional



•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT and Adobe Acrobat

•Analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to improve service delivery and operational processes.

•Exposure in creating and maintaining dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Advance Excel, ServiceNow etc.

•Resolve issues or challenges during project delivery or operational processes.

•Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in deliverables, project management, and tasks.

Interpersonal



•Excellent communication, interpersonal judgment, and customer service skills

•Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

•Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work across a variety of job roles and activities with increasing competency

•Strong organizational and critical thinking skills; utilize inquiry skills for situational assessment, problem solving, and relationship building

•Ability to thrive in an environment of constant change and continuous learning

•Ability to identify and resolve escalated issues within work scope

Education



•BBA/BCom/Any Graduate Degree from Tier 1 or Tier 2 College.

Professional qualifications



•At least 4-5 years relevant work experience within Administrative Services or a similar process in a leading UK/US MNC.
