Mumbai / Hyderabad (Hybrid or Onsite)

CTC: Up to 14 LPA

Notice Period: 0–15 Days

We're seeking an experienced Oracle FLEXCUBE Architect to join our client Web Idea Solution LLP for a high-impact banking technology engagement.

If you have deep expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-grade FLEXCUBE solutions, this is an excellent opportunity to lead architecture, performance, and scalability for mission-critical banking systems.

Must-Haves:

7+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years dedicated to Oracle FLEXCUBE

Strong hands-on experience in FLEXCUBE UBS / Retail / Payments Modules

Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, Java, Web Services, and Middleware integration

Proven experience in solution architecture, customization, and system design

Strong understanding of Core Banking Systems, Retail Banking, and Lending workflows

Good to Have:


•⁠ ⁠Experience in FLEXCUBE upgrades, migrations, or large-scale implementations


•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of Microservices, API design, and performance tuning


•⁠ ⁠Familiarity with banking compliance and digital transformation initiatives
