Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore for the position of Manager (Campus Hiring). The Manager will lead and oversee campus hiring initiatives, collaborating closely with educational institutions and potential employers. The role will include designing and implementing hiring strategies, managing campus recruitment events, conducting candidate assessments, and building relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful hiring outcomes. The Manager will also be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment efforts and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • A strong foundation in relationship management,
  • Experience in designing and leading campus recruitment strategies
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Ability to foster relationships with educational institutions and industry partners
  • Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is advantageous
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
