Job Title: Account Executive

Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad

Experience Required: 2 Years

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and support compliance activities. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and well-versed in accounting software and principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record daily accounting transactions: purchase, sales, receipts, and payments
  • Manage accounts payable & accounts receivable
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements
  • Bank reconciliation and ledger management
  • Prepare GST, TDS, and statutory compliance data
  • Assist in internal and external audit processes
  • Maintain financial documentation and filing systems
  • Support management with financial insights and reports

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com preferred)
  • Proficiency in Tally / ERP software
  • Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation
  • Strong Excel and MS Office skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
