We are looking for a motivated and versatile intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in both B2B client acquisition and B2C direct sales.
Internship Overview
This is a unique dual-role internship designed to provide a 360-degree view of marketing and sales. You will be at the forefront of two critical business functions:
- B2B Client Onboarding: Assisting in generating leads and onboarding new clients for our premium digital marketing services.
- B2C Course Sales: Directly engaging with students to promote and sell our educational courses.
You will receive mentorship in sales techniques, digital marketing fundamentals, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
1. For B2B Client Onboarding (Digital Marketing Services):
- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients who can benefit from Solvonovate's services (e.g., SEO, Social Media Marketing, PPC).
- Outreach: Assist in crafting and executing outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other professional channels.
- Support Sales Process: Help the sales team prepare pitch decks, proposals, and sales collateral.
- Client Interaction: Sit in on sales calls and meetings to understand client needs and learn the art of persuasion and presentation.
- CRM Management: Help update and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with lead and client information.
2. For B2C Course Selling to Students:
- Direct Sales & Counseling: Connect with potential students (via phone, video calls, chat) to understand their career goals and counsel them on the most suitable courses.
- Product Demonstration: Conduct online demos or webinars to showcase the value and content of our courses.
- Follow-ups: Manage a pipeline of student leads, following up persistently to guide them through the decision-making process.
- Conversion: Achieve and exceed individual targets for course enrollment.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from students to help improve our course offerings and sales process.
3. General Marketing & Sales Support:
- Content Creation: Assist in creating marketing content for social media, blogs, and email newsletters to attract both clients and students.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and new potential markets.
Who We Are Looking For (Qualifications)
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you enjoy talking to people and building relationships.
- A self-starter with a strong desire to learn and a results-oriented mindset.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, Social Media, etc.) is a plus.
- Comfortable with using social media platforms (especially LinkedIn) for professional outreach.
- Empathetic and patient, with the ability to counsel students effectively.
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
