What You'll Do

As a key member of our design team, you will help shape the visual identity and communication design of our mobile-first fintech platform. Working closely with the founding team and marketing leads, you'll turn ideas into engaging, impactful visuals that connect with our users and brand partners.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing digital assets including social media creatives, marketing banners, presentations, and website graphics
  • Creating brand-consistent illustrations, icons, and visual elements for product and marketing needs
  • Supporting UI/UX design tasks by contributing to visual consistency across mobile and web platforms
  • Collaborating with product, business, and engineering teams to ensure design supports both user and business goals
  • Contributing to branding and identity projects — ensuring consistent typography, color schemes, and tone
  • Staying up to date with the latest graphic design trends, tools, and fintech branding practices

Who You Are

  • Based in Gurgaon or within a commutable distance
  • Previous experience with graphic design projects (internships, freelance, personal portfolio, or coursework)
  • Passion for design, branding, and digital storytelling (bonus if you're interested in fintech and financial inclusion)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your graphic design skills — digital campaigns, social media posts, branding work, or illustrations
  • Familiarity with tools like Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar
  • Ability to balance creativity with clarity, ensuring visuals communicate effectively
  • Self-starter with a keen eye for detail and eagerness to learn quickly in a startup environment
  • Educational background in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related fields (students from top design schools preferred, but not mandatory)
