Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Consultant, located in Akola. The Medical Consultant will provide expert medical advice, conduct clinical assessments, and design effective healthcare interventions. They will work closely with diverse stakeholders, including government officials, program teams, and healthcare providers, to analyze and improve healthcare systems. Additional responsibilities include monitoring program outcomes, ensuring compliance with medical standards, and contributing to capacity-building initiatives for healthcare workers.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in clinical assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Knowledge of healthcare systems, public health principles, and healthcare management
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Analytical skills for data interpretation, program evaluation, and reporting
• Commitment to working on-site in Akola and flexibility to adapt to diverse challenges
• Having an MBBS degree or equivalent medical qualification is essential
• Experience in public health or community healthcare initiatives is highly desirable
