Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer with proven expertise in FMCG machinery to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and optimizing production equipment used in FMCG manufacturing, ensuring maximum efficiency, reliability, and compliance with industry standards. This role requires hands-on technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in fast-paced production environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee installation, operation, and maintenance of FMCG production machines (packaging, filling, labeling, conveyors, etc.).
  • Design and implement mechanical solutions to improve machine performance, reduce downtime, and enhance productivity.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot mechanical issues in high-speed production lines.
  • Develop preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for FMCG machinery.
  • Collaborate with production, quality, and electrical teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and industry regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience working with FMCG machinery (food, beverage, personal care, or packaging industries).
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems including hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and high-speed automation.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA) for design and modification.
  • Familiarity with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and Lean Manufacturing practices.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22, ₹28,000.00 per month
