Job Summary

Aziro is looking for an experienced AIOps / MLOps Engineer with strong exposure to LLMOps and Generative AI frameworks. The candidate will be responsible for building, deploying, monitoring, and scaling AI/ML and LLM-based systems in production. You will work closely with Data Science, Platform, and DevOps teams to operationalize intelligent systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end MLOps/LLMOps pipelines for training, deployment, monitoring, and retraining of ML and LLM models
• Build and manage LLM-based applications using LangChain and LangGraph
• Implement observability, tracing, and evaluation for LLM workflows using Langfuse
• Develop CI/CD pipelines for ML and LLM models using modern DevOps practices
• Monitor model performance, data drift, hallucinations, and inference quality
• Implement AIOps use cases such as anomaly detection, predictive alerts, and automated root cause analysis
• Optimize inference latency, scalability, and infrastructure cost
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to productionize AI/ML solutions
• Ensure governance, security, and compliance of AI systems

Technical Skills Required

• 6+ years of overall experience in AIOps / MLOps / LLMOps
• Strong hands-on experience in Python
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and Langfuse (mandatory)
• Experience in building and deploying LLM-based applications (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar)
• ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
• MLOps tools: MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow
• Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration
• Cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP
• CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI
• Monitoring & observability: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry
• Data & streaming tools: Kafka, Spark (good to have)

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Chroma)
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, prompt versioning, and evaluation strategies
• Experience with IT operations data (logs, metrics, traces) for AIOps use cases
• Exposure to security and compliance for GenAI systems

Education

• Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
