- 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.
- 1 year of experience in technical leadership.

In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development.

Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.

Responsibilities:- Investigate into the creator's journey to analyze and solve drop-offs in the onboarding funnel. Drive the number of creators who join and successfully activate their fanclub memberships.
- Craft a data-informed product roadmap for creator onboarding, first-time user experiences, and activation nudges. Responsible for creating a guided, low-friction setup process that helps creators understand the value of Memberships from day one, and form healthy engagement habits.
- Partner closely with YouTube Studio, Analytics, and Marketing teams to build a seamless growth loop for new creators. You will identify key levers, from in-product recommendations to creator incentives, to help creators get early wins and stay motivated.
- Lead the charge in accelerating our ability to experiment and deliver value, working with data scientists, product managers, designers, researchers, engineers, and partners.
