Resineera, a brand under NMG Routs LLP, is a one-stop destination for everything related to resin art.

We create and sell resin artworks, conduct resin art workshops across India, and provide a wide range of raw materials and DIY supplies for resin artists.

Our team also manages creative photoshoots, videoshoots, and digital campaigns to showcase our brand and products.

Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and responsible Social Media Intern to assist in managing our social media platforms, customer communication, and brand engagement.

You'll help plan and post content, handle messages and calls, and interact with our audience to maintain strong brand communication.

This internship is a great opportunity to learn about social media management, customer communication, and digital marketing while working with a creative team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and post engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.).
  • Manage and respond to customer DMs, comments, and messages on social media.
  • Handle basic customer calls and guide them about products or workshops.
  • Assist in creating and editing content such as reels, stories, and short videos.
  • Support in running social media campaigns and analyzing performance.
  • Research new trends, hashtags, and creative ideas for better engagement.
  • Maintain a friendly and positive brand tone in all communications.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Comfortable in handling calls and online messages.
  • Basic understanding of social media marketing and content creation.
  • Knowledge of Canva, Reels editing, or design tools is a plus.
  • Positive attitude, responsibility, and eagerness to learn.

Duration:

3 Months (Permanent role may be offered based on performance)

Stipend:

₹4,000 – ₹7,000 per month (based on performance and skills)
