Implementation Specialist

We are looking for an Implementation Specialist to join our Professional services in Noida. This is an amazing opportunity to work on new IPfolio projects which is based on Salesforce platform. The team consists of 6 People and is reporting to the Senior Manager. We have a great skill set in SQL Server, Oracle, Salesforce admin and technical implementation and we would love to speak with you if you have skills in SQL Server and Salesforce basic knowledge (Technical configuration) experience.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments  

• Demonstrates strong initiative, problem-solving skills, and a high sense of ownership when tackling complex solutions.
•  Possesses 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Databases and Salesforce for product implementation.
• Experience in and knowledge of Intellectual Property data and terminology.
• Knowledge of data structures, data modelling tools, and data migration best practices.
• Knowledge of SQL Server, MS Access, and relational database management systems and Salesforce Data Experience (Preferred).
• To work independently and be a detail-oriented, self-starter.     
• Bachelor's degree required in field of computer science or similar stream with relevant IT work experience
• To exhibit a confident, engaging communication style, incorporating both written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to implement transformation logic and business rules effectively
• Strong attention to detail and high capability to work on different projects in parallel with high customer satisfaction
• Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Must be a Team player, with strong reasoning skills, who is able to effectively influence others, and who possesses excellent collaboration skills. 
• he ability to work in an agile, fast-paced, business environment

It would be great if you also had

• Experience in working with SQL Server, Salesforce Data Experience, Programming (preferred – Apex coding), ETL process in-hand experience.
• Experience in interacting and problem-solving skills.

What will you be doing in this role? 

• Understand data migration requirements due system functional requirements and client business processes; lead the mapping and migration processes to accurately and efficiently transfer source data and document sets into the IPMS fields and system tables, translate source data into the correct IPMS data values, test and verify data migration accuracy, and collaborate with the Implementation Consultants to provide training to Client Project Teams regarding data migration testing best practices.
• Assist Clients with the data migration reviews by responding to questions, supporting issue resolution related to data mapping and migration activities, and refining the data migration routines in an iterative, agile approach to meet data migration requirements.
• Ensure internal and external client satisfaction by completing deliverables in accordance with Project Plans and Project Budgets. Track deliverables and provide documentation in an accurate and consistent manner.
• Resolve problems and issues efficiently and professionally based on knowledge of IPMS products and related applications and tools. Respond to requests from clients and internal teams in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure performance optimization, code quality, and adherence to best practices throughout the development lifecycle.

Product you will be developing

New projects (IPfolio/FoundationIP) are lined up for implementation and expectation to participate actively in understanding project requirements, technical configurations, identify challenges, client communication, project estimates and delivery timelines.

It enables projects implementation more efficiently and seamlessly and help generating revenue as one of the key points.
