Job description:

  • Manage all accounting transactions.
  • Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
  • Statutory Audit document preparation
  • Ensure timely bank payments.
  • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
  • Preparing MIS/Reports like P&L, etc.
  • Assist in month-end closing activities to ensure tally with financial statement.
  • Dispatch planning of orders as per the requirement and coordination with the sales team.
  • Monitoring the weekly requirement and dispatch status.
  • Ensuring proper documentation from Export Team.
  • Check Invoice, Packing List,
  • Preparation of Sales Invoices and relevant supporting documents.
  • Maintain petty cash and team member claims on a timely basis.
  • Update cash book on daily basis.
  • Comply with financial policies and regulation

What are we looking for?

  • Good in using Tally/ cloud software for accounting
  • Knowledge of accounts, ePayment, ITR and TDS
  • GST return
  • Banking Reconciliation, Book- Keeping etc.
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Driven to learn and grow as a finance professional
  • Eagerness to contribute to a team-oriented environment.
