Role Description

Hiring: CX System Lead

Location: Remote

We're looking for a high-caliber CX System Lead to drive innovation, optimize Sales & CRM processes, and support digital transformation. You will be the expert in designing, configuring, and deploying CX-focused solutions within the SAP ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead and support initiatives across SAP SD, SAP Sales Cloud, CPQ, Commerce Cloud & Analytics Cloud


• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to analyze, improve, and optimize CRM processes


• Provide hands-on support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for SAP Sales & CRM solutions


• Stay updated on SAP trends and best practices


• Work with cross-functional IT teams and third-party partners to deliver scalable solutions


• Analyze system data for enhancements and participate in upgrade cycles

Ideal Candidate: A proactive self-starter with strong functional + technical SAP knowledge, especially in SAP SD and Sales & Marketing suites.
