Key Responsibilities

- Automation:Identify and implement automation solutions to enhance operational effectiveness and productivity.
- Strategic Direction:Develop and execute strategies to align with the firm's capital market objectives and drive continuous improvement.
- Performance Measurement:Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure delivery excellence and identify areas for enhancement.
- Regulatory Compliance:Ensure all capital market trading activities adhere to financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Risk Management:Manage risks associated with capital market activities and ensure compliance with risk limits and regulatory requirements.
- Team Leadership:Lead a team of finance professionals, provide strategic direction, and foster a culture of innovation.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:Work with global, cross-functional teams to deliver improvement and transformation initiatives successfully.
- Client and Stakeholder Engagement:Report on project progress and delivery to clients and organizational leadership.
