Key Responsibilities:
- Create, modify & maintain reports using SQL queries and Crystal Reports
- Support ERP implementation, troubleshooting & user training
- Liaise with ERP vendors/IT teams for upgrades & customization
- Maintain ERP documentation, user guides, and logs
What We're Looking For:
- Strong knowledge of SQL (queries, stored procedures, database management)
- Hands-on experience with Crystal Reports
- Good coordination, analytical & problem-solving skills
