Experience: 8+ Years (with strong Flutter experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end development of cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter & Dart.
  • Design clean, scalable, and modular app architecture (Clean Architecture / MVVM / BLoC architecture).
  • Implement efficient state management using BLoC / Riverpod / GetX / Provider.
  • Integrate REST APIs, JSON, Firebase, push notifications, and authentication flows.
  • Manage local databases (Hive, SQLite) and offline data handling.
  • Optimize app performance, responsiveness, memory usage, and startup time.
  • Maintain version control using Git, participate in code reviews.
  • Work closely with product, UI/UX, and backend teams in an Agile environment.
  • Handle CI/CD pipelines (Codemagic, Bitrise, GitHub Actions) and app store deployments.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical problems.

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in Flutter & Dart (minimum 4 years in Flutter).
  • Expertise in state management frameworks (BLoC, Riverpod, GetX, Provider).
  • Deep knowledge of Flutter architecture & design patterns.
  • Strong experience in API integration, async programming, error handling.
  • Experience with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, FCM, Analytics).
  • Knowledge of local storage technologies (Hive / SQLite).
  • Expertise in Git, branching strategies, PR reviews.
  • Experience deploying apps to Play Store / App Store.

Pay: ₹1,000, ₹2,400,000.00 per year
