Job Title: Branch Manager (Operations & P&L)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Branch Manager to oversee branch P&L, customer service, vendor management, and smooth execution of orders. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial and operational skills with proven experience in FTL (Full Truck Load) road transport operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve branch revenue and contribution margin targets.
- Ensure 95%+ on-time placement and delivery with minimal claims.
- Manage branch team performance and compliance.
- Optimize vendor mix and maintain vendor database.
- Provide good follow-up to complete tasks and achieve customer satisfaction.
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate (any discipline).
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in branch operations or transport management, preferably in FTL road transport.
- Strong commercial acumen and operational management skills.
