Sr. Technical Support Analyst/Mobile SDK Support Engineer (iOS/Android)

Duration: Contract 12 months

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in mobile development or developer support, ideally with direct exposure to mobile SDK integration and troubleshooting.
  • Strong technical background in iOS (Swift, Objective-C) and/or Android (Kotlin, Java) development.
  • Hands-on experience with crash analysis, log debugging, and performance profiling tools (e.g., Xcode Instruments, Android Profiler, Crashlytics, Logcat).
  • Ability to analyze ambiguous or complex technical issues, formulate hypotheses, and drive issues to resolution.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git/GitHub) and the ability to read and interpret code changes or commits.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated curiosity, adaptability, and a learning mindset, especially in fast-paced and evolving environments.
  • Experience supporting mobile SDKs or developer tools in a SaaS, tech, or fast-scaling startup environment.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, mobile release automation, or SDK instrumentation.
  • Passion for building developer enablement programs tools, documentation, or training that improve developer onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Experience managing enterprise client relationships, particularly with large-scale or Fortune 500 mobile app teams.
  • Interest in exploring AI-assisted debugging, automated testing, or developer support automation to enhance team efficiency.
