Trend Researcher (Intern / Junior)
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

Trend Spotting
Daily scan of fashion blogs, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, WGSN (if available), global runways, and streetwear culture.
Visual Inspiration Curation
Build visual mood-boards by theme, silhouette, colour, fabric, print, and styling ideas.
Competitor Monitoring
Weekly reports on key competitors — drops, prices, bestsellers, and campaigns.
Customer Behaviour Insights
Research what our target audience is wearing, buying, and how they're styling it.
Trend Reports
Summarise findings in weekly/bi-weekly decks with visuals and clear takeaways.
Creative Support
Assist designers/creative directors with visual references and presentation prep.

What You'll Do

  • Research daily on emerging fashion & streetwear trends (silhouettes, fabrics, prints, drops).
  • Build weekly 
    trend decks and moodboards
     for the design team.
  • Benchmark competitors — both Indian & global brands.
  • Track 
    cultural, music, subculture, and Gen-Z behaviour trends
    .
  • Support creatives with 
    image sourcing and concept ideation
    .
  • Organise all research into 
    Notion / Google Drive
     archives.

Who You Are

  • Obsessed with fashion culture, design, and trend forecasting.
  • Active on Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest — but see them as 
    research tools
    .
  • Sharp eye for 
    aesthetics, moodboards, silhouettes, styling
    .
  • Proficient in 
    Canva, Google Slides, or Figma
    .
  • Self-motivated, organised, and a clear communicator.
  • Bonus: Familiar with 
    WGSN, Vogue Runway, Hypebeast, Highsnobiety, or fashion blogs
    .
