Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team. The ideal

candidate should have a strong understanding of architectural principles, design concepts,

and drafting techniques. You will work closely with the 3D team to develop 3D renders,

walkthrough , and project presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop 3D models and visualizations using software like AutoCAD, SketchUp,

Revit, and 3ds Max.

● Support seniors in concept development and design documentation.

● Coordinate with internal teams and clients.

● Ensure all designs comply with building codes and standards.

● Prepare mood boards, presentations, and material specifications.

● Participate in client meetings and incorporate feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).

● Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.

● Strong visualization, drafting, and detailing skills.

● Good understanding of architecture and interior design concepts.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

● Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:

● Knowledge of 3D visualization tools (3ds Max, Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape).

● Basic understanding of project management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
