Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze site traffic, engagement, and sales data to generate actionable insights at the product, category, and business levels.

  • Leverage data-driven insights to enhance customer experience and support revenue growth initiatives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including Marketing, Product, and Promotions — to optimize user journeys and conversion rates.

  • Provide data-led thought leadership to identify and improve key business areas such as traffic acquisition, marketing investments, site optimization, and promotional strategy.

  • Apply predictive modeling techniques and advanced analytics to support decision-making and forecast business outcomes.

  • Continuously evolve analytics tools and processes, incorporating new data sources to deepen understanding of digital performance and customer behavior.

  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports and insights for weekly business reviews and other strategic discussions.

  • Partner proactively with business units to translate data insights into strategic initiatives and measurable business results.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or other quantitative fields.

  • Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Analytics, including data interpretation, insight generation, and business performance analysis.

  • Data Expertise: 5+ years of experience in data manipulation and analysis, including writing and optimizing complex SQL queries for large datasets.

  • Visualization Tools: 5+ years of experience building dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Tableau and Looker.

  • Domain Knowledge: Proven experience in the eCommerce and/or Digital Marketing domains, with a strong understanding of customer behavior analytics, marketing performance metrics, and campaign optimization.

  • Additional Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong attention to detail, and the capability to translate business requirements into actionable, data-driven insights.
