Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Installation Manager in Ulhasnagar. The Installation Manager will oversee the installation of elevators and escalators, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include coordinating with project teams, managing installation schedules, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. The Installation Manager will also be responsible for training and supervising installation crews, resolving any onsite issues, and maintaining high-quality installation standards.

Qualifications

• Project management and scheduling skills
• Technical proficiency in elevator and escalator installation
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the electrical/electronic manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Relevant certifications or licenses in elevator installation and maintenance
