Job Description - Analyst - Middle office Services (25000C5F)Analyst - Middle office Services-(25000C5F)MissionsOn a daily basis you processContinuous Linked Settlement* Record on a daily basis the OTC and ETD products received by email* Validation / quality check of the OTC products according to cut-off time* Retrieve the proof of ownership of All products on a define scope according to cut-off time* You proactively propose process optimization* You participate to process review and tools enhancement projects* You ensure that policies, procedures, best practices, mission and objectives set by management are correctly applied* Help build high level of risk awareness by identifying proactively identifying anomalies in process & controls and alerting management about self-identified issues* No Data breach (DLPs)* Reporting: ensure the reporting with all metrics & analytics on a daily, weekly, monthly basis.* Issue management: Daily supervision from a trade management perspective of any issues, technical or operational, which may have a negative impact on the successful execution, or which increase the associated risks. Ensure that incident and issues are escalated according to strict guidelines and track in the appropriate tools. Understanding of impact on clients and downstream departments, minimizing impact. Cross over sessionsParticipate actively in CI gems LeagueTransparency, autonomy and effective communication to be displayedUpskill by attending training scheduled by L&DKey focus on Client centricity (Onshore and Stake holders) Target VOC > 9Good knowledge of MS Office applicationsAble to handle work pressures and adhered to deadlinesAble to work in non-standard working hours and during Indian holidaysUnderstand the upstream and downstream of MOSEnsure the SOP are updated on a timely mannerCompletion of all production activities to be in line with agreed procedures for smooth Audits.
