Job Title: Full-Stack MERN Developer

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Full-Stack MERN Developer to join our growing team. If you love building scalable applications, have a strong eye for detail, and enjoy working on both front-end and back-end development, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using MongoDB, , , and
  • Build responsive, user-friendly UI components with modern React practices (Hooks, Context API, Redux).
  • Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade applications.
  • Work with databases, manage schemas, and ensure data security.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Full-Stack MERN Developer (1 to 3 years preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), , , , and MongoDB.
  • Good understanding of REST APIs, JWT Authentication, and WebSockets.
  • Experience with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap or Tailwind, and responsive design.
  • Familiarity with Git/GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Knowledge of database optimization and performance tuning.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Ability to work in an Agile environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
