is a Mohali-based real estate development firm dedicated to creating premium residential experiences. The Palatial Farms, one of the company's signature projects, is a luxury farmhouse plot community located in Naugaon (Alwar, Rajasthan) near the Delhi–Mumbai Expressway. Spread across ~47 acres, the project offers spacious free-hold plots surrounded by natural landscapes, designed to provide a serene and upscale living environment.

Role Overview

As a
Video Editor
, you will be responsible for transforming raw footage into engaging, high quality video content for marketing, social media, and corporate use. You'll collaborate closely with our marketing, design, and real estate teams to create videos that showcase our projects, events, and brand vision.

Key Responsibilities

Edit and assemble recorded raw material into polished videos for marketing campaigns, YouTube, social media, and presentations.

Add motion graphics, background music, voiceovers, sound effects, and titles as needed.


Ensure logical sequencing, smooth transitions, and creative storytelling.

Work closely with the marketing and content team to understand project goals and visual style.

Maintain a consistent brand look and feel across all video outputs.

Manage and organize video assets and archives.

Stay updated with video trends, editing techniques, and social media formats (Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).

Occasionally assist with on-site video shoots and photography when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum graduates required. Undergraduates kindly do not apply.

Proven experience (1–3 years) as a Video Editor, preferably in real estate, lifestyle, or marketing domains. Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.

Strong sense of timing, visual awareness, and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Creative mindset with a passion for visual storytelling and brand building.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Basic knowledge of color correction and sound design.

Experience in motion graphics and 3D animation.

Familiarity with social media algorithms and video marketing trends.

Knowledge of drone videography or photography will be an added advantage.
