Job Title: Fitter Trainer

Location: Karmatand (Jharkhand) / Dhanbad

Salary: ₹15,000 per month

Qualification: Graduate in any stream

Experience Required: Minimum 6 months–1 year relevant training experience

Preferred Candidate: IT/ITS (Information Technology / Information Technology Services) background

Job Description

We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Fitter Trainer to join our Skill Development training center located in Karmatand, Jharkhand, and Dhanbad. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the Skill Development sector and must be capable of training students in Fitter trade modules both theoretically and practically.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct theory and practical sessions for Fitter trade as per the training curriculum.
• Teach topics such as:
• Basic fitting operations
• Use of hand tools
• Measurement techniques
• Safety and workshop practices
• Assembly, installation, and maintenance basics
• Demonstrate tools, equipment handling, and workshop processes to trainees.
• Ensure safety standards are followed during all practical sessions.
• Evaluate trainee performance through assessments, tests, and assignments.
• Maintain training records, attendance, daily reports, and evaluation sheets.
• Motivate trainees and ensure active participation in sessions.
• Coordinate with the center staff for smooth training operations and assessments.

Required Skills

• Strong technical knowledge of Fitter trade.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to conduct hands-on practical demonstrations.
• Classroom and workshop management skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, documentation).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to guide trainees.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 6 months–1 year of relevant experience in training or industrial fitter operations.
• Prior experience in Skill Development projects (PMKVY, DDU-GKY, NAPS, etc.) preferred.
• Preference given to IT/ITS candidates with relevant training experience.
• Candidates ready to work at Karmatand, Jharkhand / Dhanbad.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
