About the Role
Xylem Learning is seeking experienced and results-driven Academic Counsellors to join our high-performing counselling and sales team. In this role, you will apply your expertise in academic counselling, consultative sales, or the education sector to help students and parents make impactful academic decisions.
As a key contributor, you will be responsible for driving enrolments, achieving ambitious targets, and shaping the academic journey of aspiring learners while fueling the continued growth of Xylem Learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective students and parents through structured outbound and inbound calls using our in-house lead database.
- Leverage your experience to identify students' academic goals, challenges, and career aspirations, recommending the most suitable programs.
- Present program offerings, schedules, and Xylem Learning's unique advantages in a clear, compelling manner.
- Deliver personalised, value-driven counselling to establish credibility, build trust, and foster long-term relationships.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly enrolment targets.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions, follow-ups, and enrolments using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with academic, marketing, and operations teams to stay updated on new programs, promotions, and industry trends.
- Provide feedback and insights to support lead-generation strategies and enhance the overall student experience.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree
- 0–2 years of proven experience in academic counselling, student advisory, or sales within the education sector.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding enrolment/sales targets.
Key Skills
- Strong verbal communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and credibility with students and parents quickly.
- Highly target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Problem-solving mindset with adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Language Preference: Malayalam (Preferred)
Work Mode: In-person (Palarivattom, Ernakulam)

Pay: ₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
